Yea, it's something like ROTC, but in Canada, we have to be accepted the what is known as Regular Officer Training Plan aka ROTP (Which is similar to ROTC) before the military colleges would consider us, but my chosen profession (which is Military Police) took too long to process, so by the time I got accepted to ROTP, our military colleges are full. So they are subsidizing my education with a civilian university and go through military training during summers.
