Until the summer I have so much going on, more than any grade 8 student should have to endure. It's all stuff I like doing, but there's just so much! I have no idea how I'm going to survive almost 4 more months...
Anybody else feeling the same?

Hah, wait till you get to High School. I have 3 hours of baseball every night and then 3-4 hours of homework. Usually, sleep gets pushed to the bottom of my to-do list.

Yeah, High School's gonna be crazy. I don't have much homework, but I have dance for 1 to 3 hours every night (depending on the day), piano, school, practice for my school play every second day, plus a 6 hour practice on Saturdays, and then I have to actually perform the play, and I also have dance competitions that I have to miss school for and ballet exams, etc.

lol. Wait until you get into college!

Not only am I a full-time student and a senior in the art department, I have 4 jobs, and am in a performing choir that meets every day, performs at least once a week, and has 12-hour (all night) rehearsals the last 2 days before our huge pageants (4 a year). These pageants are not just concerts... we memorize speaking parts, have very intricate scenery that we have to build ourselves (more all-nighters) and complicated costumes for everyone. We frequently, in addition to our all-nighters and once a day practices, have practices at 10:30 at night. We're taking our spring show on tour this year also! It's crazy, but I love it!

Busy, busy... It just never ends!

Man, Jana, how do you have time to actually do college work?

I've been spending my little bit of free time looking at colleges to go to. I can't decide if I want to go to a small or large college. But Vanderbilt and West Point are at the top of my list right now. This list will obviously change dramatically over the next year or so.

Hey, my school put on that play earlier this year! It's tradition for all the student actors to wear their costumes the day before the first performances, even the kids that played Nazis. They did have to take their armbands off, however. ;)

Anyway, it's been a very busy year for me as well. Being a junior in high school is not fun. :( Thankfully, senior year will be much easier, but then it's off to college....

I had my fair share of crazy scheduling before Christmas. I stayed at school until 22:00 for three nights rehearsing for a school play, and missed my promotion interviews because of that.

Homework is no big deal though, mainly I have easy courses.

Ugh! I'll trade lives with you! I've got nothing! I've been out of High School for a year, and I still can't find a job. I have no social life. I sit on my butt all day and do nothing. A few pictures of my friends: :A: :B: :X: :Y: :black: :white:

Problem is, because I'm on the Autistic spectrum, I don't know if I could keep up with life if I did find something. If I have one thing to do each day of the week, not counting the weekend, it seems like too much. Not because it's actually too much, but because it's usually not routine.

My schedule is crazy because nothing is on it. Or if anything is, I'm petrified. So learn from me, no matter how much you think you want it, it's no good to have nothing to do. There's no peace in it. :X

If I did not like what I'm drowning in, I would quit. I'm not required to have 4 jobs or be in a performing group. We were just comparing crazy schedules. :) I would never want to sit around and do nothing. I'd go nuts.
